About the role

Role Overview: In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing, customising, and managing Zoho applications for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that enhance business operations. The role requires several days in our Ballarat office, with the remainder of the week working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Zoho applications including CRM, Creator, and other modules. Customise Zoho applications to meet specific business needs. Integrate Zoho with third-party applications using REST APIs and webhooks. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Zoho platform. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Maintain clear documentation and update processes as needed. Optimise workflows and automate business processes within Zoho. Requirements Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Deluge, and REST APIs. Experience with business process automation and workflow management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
