About the Job
We are building a smart AI-based security system.
Your job is to monitor alerts (images/videos) generated by AI and make quick decisions.
If you like working in fast-paced environments and handling important responsibilities, this role is a good fit for you.
What You Will Do
- Check images/videos flagged by AI in real time
- Decide if the alert is real (true) or false
- Follow company rules (SOPs) and processes
- Report serious issues immediately to the team
- Record all alerts properly for tracking and improvement
- Share updates during shift changes
- Stay focused and maintain proper documentation
Required Skills
- Experience in:
- NOC (Network Operations Center)
- SOC (Security Operations Center)
- Monitoring / Command Centers
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Comfortable working night shifts and weekends
- Good communication skills (written & spoken)
Good to Have (Optional)
- Experience in CCTV monitoring
- Knowledge of AI/video surveillance
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
