Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai as a Human Cognitive Specialist (AI Governance-Tech Domain). The role will involve designing AI governance frameworks, analyzing emerging technology impacts, and ensuring ethical AI practices are implemented. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on tech policies, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop human-centered AI strategies, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting the organization's mission to align technological progress with societal values. Some work-from-home flexibility is available for this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in AI ethics, governance, and policy development
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder engagements
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and project management
- Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related field (preferred)
- Commitment to social impact and understanding of non-profit initiatives
