We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Human-Centric Security to drive and evolve our enterprise-wide anti-phishing and awareness program. This role goes beyond traditional simulations—leveraging AI-powered phishing and social engineering assessments (including multi-channel and conversational scenarios) to mirror real-world threats and measure true behavioral risk.


Responsibilities


  • You will lead the design and execution of targeted awareness campaigns and interactive training sessions, tailored to different employee personas and risk profiles.
  • In close collaboration with Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and business stakeholders, you will translate high-risk signals into focused interventions that drive measurable behavior change.
  • A key part of the role involves building insightful dashboards, behavioral telemetry, and leadership reports, enabling data-driven decision-making at senior levels.
  • You will also contribute to shaping the organization’s human-centric security strategy by aligning awareness initiatives with evolving threat landscapes and business priorities.


Required Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); Relevant years experience in development, delivery of communications and learning content (preferably in IT, Information Security or Cybersecurity).
  • Proven creative thinker, with experience in creating thought-provoking communications that resonate with different and diverse audiences.
  • Experience of implementing internal communications, marketing, education and training, events, or campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills; strong track record negotiating and managing internal and external stakeholders and third parties.
  • Possess strong written, design, and presentation skills to creatively bring ideas for communications and guidance documents to life.
