About the Role
We are seeking a highly execution-focused Product Marketing & Growth Associate to enhance communication, farmer engagement, and user growth. This is a hands-on role, working directly with the founder on user acquisition, product communication, growth campaigns, storytelling, app installs, WhatsApp communication, content creation, and growth experimentation. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoys building from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute app install and farmer acquisition campaigns
- Coordinate and execute Meta/Google campaigns with agencies or freelancers
- Improve user onboarding and activation flows
- Support referral and retention campaigns
- Track campaign performance and growth metrics
- Simplify and communicate GramIQ’s value proposition clearly
- Create marketing communication for farmers and agribusinesses
- Improve Play Store/App Store communication and creatives
- Write simple and impactful campaign copy in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Create WhatsApp communication journeys and engagement flows
- Create social media and growth content
- Convert field insights into stories, reels, and campaigns
- Capture farmer success stories and testimonials
- Support founder branding and LinkedIn communication
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, freelancers, and agencies
- Manage execution timelines and follow-ups
- Understand farmer behavior and communication patterns
- Gather market and user insights from campaigns and field interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of marketing experience
- Strong communication and storytelling ability
- Comfortable working in startup ambiguity
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and growth
- Experience in startups, D2C, consumer apps, rural tech, or AgriTech (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads (Good to Have)
- Marathi/Hindi communication skills (Good to Have)
- Basic Canva/Figma/content creation skills (Good to Have)
- Understanding of WhatsApp marketing (Good to Have)
- Basic analytics and reporting skills (Good to Have)
