About the Role
Seeking an Account Manager who is a strategist, a thinker, and a doer. This role is for someone who can deeply understand brand strategy, confidently communicate, and possess the project management discipline to keep complex creative work on track across multiple clients. It sits at the junction of brand strategy, client management, and project execution, requiring strength in all three areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships across multiple accounts — the first call, the final delivery, and everything in between
- Lead brand strategy development: positioning, narrative frameworks, messaging architectures
- Write and align creative briefs that give the studio clear, purposeful direction
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication without losing momentum
- Participate in new business pitches — bringing both strategic thinking and client-facing confidence
- Act as the internal advocate for the client's brand, keeping creative output anchored to strategy
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in a branding, advertising, or marketing consultancy in a client-facing role
- Direct experience managing brand strategy projects end-to-end
- Proven ability to handle client communication independently — briefs, presentations, feedback loops
- Exposure to branding processes: identity creation, packaging, digital, campaign strategy
- Experience coordinating across creative, design, and content teams
- Strong command of English — written and spoken
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, Advertising, or a related field
- Understands what it takes to manage a client relationship without losing the quality of the work
- Ability to translate a client's vague ambition into a sharp brief
