Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Capital Consultant Trainer, based in Noida. The consultant trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs related to human capital management, employee benefits, and HR systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing workforce needs, consulting with client organizations, and developing tailored learning solutions. The role also involves providing in-depth guidance, conducting workshops, and ensuring trainees acquire practical skills aligned with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Capital Management and Human Capital operations
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Employee Benefits systems and practices
- Strong Consulting skills with the ability to provide strategic advice and solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in designing and conducting training programs
- Ability to adapt to dynamic client needs and deliver results-driven solutions
- Prior experience in human capital training or related fields preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
