Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Capital Consultant specializing in HCM Implementation, Payroll and Integrations. The role involves providing expert consulting and advisory services in human capital management, leading payroll & integrations, and assisting with employee benefits management. The consultant will collaborate with team members and clients to design, implement, and optimize processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Capital Management and Human Capital concepts, with the ability to analyze and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and Employee Benefits, including payroll processes and compliance guidelines.
- Experience in Consulting and advisory roles, capable of effectively guiding clients through human capital challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as Workday or DarwinBox is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
