About the role

This role is perfect for an Account Executive/Paid Search Assistant with hands-on experience of the Google Ads suite, who wishes to diversify their knowledge across all areas of performance marketing! Campaign Management - day-to-day campaign planning, optimisation, creation and execution across multiple markets including the US & Europe. Analytics - reporting and optimisation, including in-depth analysis of CPA, ROAS and LTV of all activity ensuring maximum efficiency. Commercial Awareness - presenting clear, data-backed business cases for marketing investment to improve revenue and ROI. Branding - ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all Google marketing and communications. Stakeholder Management - Working closely with trading and brand marketing teams, ensuring all activity is commercially focused and in line with the business trading plan. Agency Management - establish strong relationships with third-party agencies and partners.
