Systems Engineer - Development Tools

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a talented Systems Engineer to join the Developer Tools team. DevTools builds and maintains server and software build infrastructure, as well as tooling for the same, that is used by all teams across the firm. This includes designing, building, scaling, and supporting HRT's code collaboration and review platforms, and scaling and writing tooling to make it easier to build and test software. Additionally, our systems are used to run periodic batch jobs integral to automated processes across the company. We collaborate closely with other software development teams to think and design strategically in an effort to better support the company's development needs into the future. We also work with our colleagues in systems engineering to ensure systems are designed and supported with an eye toward maintaining a high bar for developer experience in a high velocity environment.
