**Job Title: Recruitment Executive**
**Location:** South Delhi
**CTC:** 3 to 3.6 LPA
As an experienced recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of positions within the organization. You will collaborate with your line manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of recruitment and a passion for providing a seamless recruitment experience.
**Responsibilities**
1. **Recruitment Execution:**
* Execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across India.
* Partner with your line manager to understand business needs and provide staffing solutions.
* Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing and selection.
**2\. Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Development:**
* Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and specific platforms.
* Maintain a robust talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
**3\. Candidate Screening & Interviews:**
* Screen resumes and conduct pre-interview assessments to shortlist candidates.
* Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
4. **Data Management & Reporting:**
* Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire).
* Analyze trends in recruitment and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
**Qualifications**
* Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on retail or bulk hiring or similar high-volume industries.
* Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various India wide positions
**Skills:**
* Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and staffing requirements.
* Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (example - LinkedIn, Naukri).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
