Assist Success Analyst

The Assist Success Analyst is responsible for investigating User Ratings, providing feedback to analysts and supporting our Support team with Assist interactions. They generate performance reports and are responsible for conducting meetings that highlight areas of analyst improvement. They help fulfill operational requests from 3rd Party Organizations that Hudl works with and/or for. Must-Haves Proven track record tagging sports games accurately is required Advanced knowledge in the sports we tag & reasoning of the concepts Experience in a supportive role, managing operations / processes & leading training batches Knowledge of handling data in sheets / excel, writing & designing content [preferred] should've been a part of at least 2 AF & 2 BB seasons Level 3 & above candidates only Extremely knowledgeable in the concepts of AF, VB, BB & SOC and should be cleared to tag 5 sports: AF, VB, BB, SOC & any 1 other (LAX/IH/BsB/SB/WRE) Good UR record this season (no hard targets but we'll have a tool for checking the averages) Willing to work rotational shifts & travel to office if & when required Proficiency in English (written + verbal) & Hindi (verbal) Nice-to-Haves Thorough knowledge of all sports & concepts that we currently tag in Hudl Assist Strong organizational skills that allow for several tasks to be juggled at once Keen eye for detail and the ability to identify trends Effective at communicating with people, teams across different location in the world Self motivated and passionate to create and own processes, solve problems Knowledge of Hudl’s mission, vision, and values that create alignment throughout our organization Ability to question processes, deliver respectfully blunt feedback, look for better ways to do things, think logically & be solution oriented Should've been qcing games for 1 season Should've trained a batch of analysts Should have experience handling team, managing data in spreadsheets & communicating with employees on slack Should thoroughly know 6 sports: AF, VB, BB, SOC, LAX (both men's & women's), IH Willing to work with AS team on a requirement basis (working on temp projects along with their current role)
