Duties
As an IT Specialist (INFOSEC/ENTARCH), you will: This position will work as part of the IT Team that supports the data centers, network, artificial intelligence (AI), computer resources, storage, and provide additional support to the Development and Information Security Teams. The engineer will work together between the Teams and provide the optimal design and simplify the accomplishment of a successful system. The engineer will work through each phase of the given system and work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments, as per stakeholder's requirements. This position will be responsible for Research & Development (R&D) of new Technologies, based on the Agency's requirements and satisfy all Federal Security Mandates and Regulations, with focus on security and quality control within the provide a quality solution to meet the Agency's technical needs. Lead all aspects of the enterprise architect program and evolves the program. Work collaboratively with integrated, cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive strategies for a secure infrastructure. Troubleshoot and analyze computer systems to identify and eliminate performance and hardware issues. Run quality checks on products/programs to ensure optimal and efficient performance. Design new information and network support systems to enhance IT operations in an organization. Provide advice and recommendations to management on processes and techniques required for improved work operations.

Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: To be qualified for this position at the GS-14 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as work that involves: - Experience providing consultation to Senior Management on Information Technology (IT) policies, projects, and systems to deliver a secure infrastructure; AND - Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) to enhance productivity; AND - Experience identifying IT strategies, as it relates to data centers and network security components, to support IT metrics and Service Level Agreement (SLA) indicators. For all positions, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. 1. Examples may include initiating and directing special studies to test, adjust, or improve existing computer hardware and system software. 2. Examples may include developing and maintaining continuity of operations and disaster recovery plans.
