Some of your responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the ML team
• Take ownership of planning and executing LLM (Large Language Model) projects
• Develop and maintain internal AI tools by integrating LLMs
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams
• Define technical roadmaps and architectural decisions related to LLM-based systems
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and agent frameworks
• Contribute to research, prototyping, and productionization of novel ML features

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working in Machine Learning or AI-focused roles
• Strong knowledge on vision models (e.g. image/video generation models)
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring ML engineers or technical teams
• Strong background in language models (e.g. GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.)
• Experience in building production-ready ML systems and pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD for ML, and model lifecycle management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have

• Experience deploying LLMs using tools like Ray, vLLM, or Modal
• Background in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases (e.g. FAISS, Weaviate)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent orchestration frameworks, or fine-tuning
• Experience in building AI copilots, internal assistants, or automated agents
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
