Studio teams work on end-to-end system execution, including:

You will not be building isolated email sequences.
You will be assigned structured lifecycle automation workflows used in production CRM
systems.
Core Responsibilities
You will:
Build Production HubSpot Workflow
Systems
Including:
● Lead lifecycle automation workflows
● Multi-stage lead routing logic
● Workflow re-enrollment logic
● Conditional branching workflows
● Multi-trigger automation workflows
● Time-based workflow execution
Design CRM Lifecycle Automation
You will:
● Implement lifecycle stage transitions
● Build lead qualification workflows
● Automate pipeline stage updates
● Assign ownership using routing logic
● Maintain lifecycle consistency
● Manage multi-stage lead journeys
Implement Workflow Logic and Routing
You will:
● Build conditional workflow paths
● Implement territory-based routing
● Assign leads based on defined logic
● Create task and notification workflows
● Trigger actions across lifecycle stages
● Maintain workflow accuracy
Manage Workflow Monitoring and
Optimization
You will:
● Monitor workflow performance
● Debug workflow failures
● Optimize workflow timing
● Improve workflow efficiency
● Maintain automation reliability
You must be comfortable debugging workflows used in live CRM systems.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in:
HubSpot Workflow Automation
You must have production experience with:
● HubSpot Workflows (mandatory)
● Lifecycle stage automation
● Conditional branching workflows
● Workflow re-enrollment logic
● Multi-trigger workflows
You must have built:
● Multi-stage CRM workflows
Not just basic email automation.
HubSpot CRM System Understanding
Hands-on experience required in:
● Contact lifecycle management
● Deal pipeline automation
● Lead routing workflows
● Contact and deal property usage
● Workflow-based record updates
● CRM lifecycle dependency handling
● Workflow execution sequencing
Workflow Logic Design
Strong experience required in:
● Conditional workflow logic

Integration Awareness
Working knowledge of:
