About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HubSpot & WordPress Developer who has strong frontend development skills and a deep understanding of CMS platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and should have a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using HubSpot CMS and WordPress
• Convert Figma/Design files into responsive websites
• Build and customise themes, templates, and modules
• Work on landing pages, blogs, and website optimisation
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript solutions
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers in a remote setup
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve website performance
• Follow best practices for UI/UX and frontend development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with HubSpot CMS (themes, modules, templates)
• Good experience with WordPress (custom themes, builders, or Gutenberg)
• Solid knowledge of:
• HTML5
• CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design)
• JavaScript (basic to intermediate level)
• Experience with Figma to Website conversion
• Understanding of website performance optimization
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with HubSpot CRM & Marketing tools
• Knowledge of HubL (HubSpot templating language)
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Exposure to UI/UX principles
