Staff Software Engineer - Backend AI Agents

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Backend AI Agents team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered offerings at HubSpot. You'll work closely with our Product and AI Research teams to design, build, and scale the next generation of AI agents that power our marketing, sales, and service tools. You'll be responsible for building highly scalable and reliable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure to support our AI systems. This includes developing and optimizing our natural language processing, intent recognition, and knowledge retrieval capabilities, as well as integrating these AI systems into our customer-facing products. You'll get to work on challenging technical problems at the intersection of large-scale distributed systems and cutting-edge AI/ML. You'll have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, influence technical roadmaps, and drive architectural decisions that impact the entire company.
