The Senior ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations. Key responsibilities include:- Analyze business requirements and design robust ServiceNow solutions to address organizational needs- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to automate and optimize business processes- Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, such as testing, deployment, and change management- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and industry best practices
