About the role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Customer Storytelling, you'll be responsible for capturing and sharing compelling customer stories that showcase the impact of HubSpot's products. You'll work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to identify and elevate the most impactful customer narratives, and then bring those stories to life through a variety of content formats to drive awareness, demand, and customer advocacy for HubSpot.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust pipeline of customer stories and case studies that highlight the business impact of HubSpot's products and services
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to identify, interview, and profile high-impact customers
- Create a range of content assets (written case studies, video testimonials, webinars, etc.) that showcase customer success with HubSpot
- Leverage customer stories to support key marketing initiatives, including demand generation, product launches, and sales enablement
- Continuously optimize the customer storytelling program to maximize engagement and conversion
- Maintain a centralized catalog of customer stories and case studies that can be leveraged across the organization
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a consistent customer voice is represented in HubSpot's marketing content
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product marketing or content marketing experience, with a track record of developing and executing successful customer storytelling programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling narratives
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally with customer-facing teams like Customer Success and Sales
- Passion for sharing customer success stories and a keen eye for identifying impactful narratives
- Familiarity with a variety of content formats (e.g. written case studies, video testimonials, webinars, etc.)
- Understanding of B2B marketing best practices and demand generation strategies
- Bonus: Experience working in the software/technology industry
