We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven HubSpot RevOps & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and outbound sales operations, along with a strong understanding of revenue operations (RevOps), sales enablement, pipeline management, and business development strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, driving outbound lead generation, improving CRM efficiency, and supporting revenue growth through strategic sales and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Operations & CRM Management
- Audit, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM usage across sales teams.
- Build and maintain scalable sales workflows, automation, lead routing logic, account segmentation, and handoff processes.
- Improve CRM adoption by creating intuitive and operationally efficient workflows.
- Monitor and improve playbook adherence, activity tracking, and sales process discipline.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency.
Sales Productivity & Enablement Operations
- Build dashboards and reports for:
- Pipeline generation
- Activity-to-opportunity conversion ratios
- Deal velocity
- Quota attainment
- Ramp-to-first-deal metrics
- Support sales enablement initiatives to improve overall team productivity and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Outbound Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn prospecting, and digital channels.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of HubSpot and related CRM platforms to position service offerings effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to align outreach and customer engagement strategies.
Client & Project Coordination
- Conduct meetings and presentations with onshore and offshore teams/clients.
- Assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), project requirements, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
- Support project managers with project schedules, scope documentation, and operational coordination.
- Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, RevOps trends, outbound sales strategies, and CRM best practices.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve outreach and revenue strategies.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in RevOps, outbound sales, CRM operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps), sales funnels, lead lifecycle management, and outbound sales processes.
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating sales dashboards, reports, workflows, and automations within CRM systems.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Must-Have Skills
