Location : Pune / Bangalore / Mumbai / Hyderabad
Work Mode : Onsite - 3 Days/Week (WFO)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot RevOps (Revenue Operations) Consultant to lead a strategic CRM optimization and transformation initiative. The consultant will be responsible for auditing, cleaning, and enhancing the existing HubSpot CRM ecosystem to improve business operations, reporting quality, automation effectiveness, and scalability.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HubSpot administration, CRM governance, RevOps processes, workflow automation, reporting frameworks, and customer lifecycle optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot CRM Audit & Assessment
Perform an end-to-end audit of the current HubSpot environment.
Review CRM architecture, workflows, pipelines, automation, reporting dashboards, and property configurations.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, duplicate processes, and optimization opportunities.
- CRM Cleanup & Optimization :
- Clean and restructure CRM objects and records.
- Standardize properties and improve data quality.
- Implement governance controls and CRM best practices.
- Remove redundant workflows and unused configurations.
- Revenue Operations (RevOps) Enhancement :
- Optimize operational processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Improve revenue visibility and operational reporting.
- Ensure scalability of RevOps frameworks.
- Workflow Automation & Process Improvement :
- Analyze existing workflow automations and remove conflicts.
- Redesign customer journeys and lifecycle stages.
- Implement streamlined business processes using HubSpot automation.
- Reporting & Analytics Optimization :
- Improve dashboard accuracy and reporting structures.
- Enhance revenue, payments, and line-item reporting.
- Create meaningful operational KPIs and business insights.
- Customer Lifecycle Management :
- Optimize lead-to-customer workflows.
- Improve lifecycle automation and customer segmentation.
- Establish scalable customer journey models.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing and process documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills :
- 7-12 years of overall experience in CRM / RevOps consulting.
- Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM Administration.
- Experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) implementation and optimization.
