About the role
The Rev Ops Specialist (Solutions Architect) is responsible for overseeing the implementation and configuration of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation technology to drive sales and marketing success. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Provide strategic guidance to help clients achieve their business goals through HubSpot
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and design solutions
- Manage the configuration and maintenance of HubSpot portals
- Provide ongoing training and support to users
- Analyze data and reports to identify optimization opportunities
- Document technical specifications and processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring HubSpot
- Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
