About the role

Come join our People Operations team! We are looking for a Principal Compensation Business Partner to support our Sales & Go-to-Market functions at HubSpot. In this role, you will partner closely with our Sales and GTM leaders to build and execute compensation programs that drive business results and support our talent strategy. You'll be responsible for analyzing market data, benchmarking, designing and implementing fair and competitive compensation plans, and leading strategic compensation projects. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
