We’re looking for a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in building and optimizing marketing automation for lead capture and nurturing.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related domain.
- 2+ years of practical HubSpot experience (preferred)
- HubSpot certification (Marketing Hub or CRM) is a plus
Core Skills
- Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Forms (embedded forms, pop-ups, progressive profiling, hidden fields)
- Expertise in HubSpot Workflows (contact-based, company-based, deal-based workflows)
- Ability to design and implement lead capture and lead nurturing workflows
- Experience with conditional logic, branching, delays, and goal-based workflows
- Knowledge of HubSpot properties (custom properties, lifecycle stages, lead status)
Functional Capabilities
- Create and optimize forms aligned with marketing and sales funnels
- Configure workflows for:
- Lead assignment and routing
- Email automation and follow-ups
- Internal notifications and task creation
- Lead scoring (basic to intermediate)
- Ensure proper data flow between forms, workflows, and CRM records
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize existing automations
Integration & Compliance
- Experience integrating HubSpot forms with:
- Landing pages / websites (WordPress or custom)
- Email marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of GDPR and consent settings in HubSpot forms
Soft Skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into workflows
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
