About the role

As the Group Product Manager, Growth Onboarding, you'll play a critical role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for the Growth Onboarding team. This team is responsible for the initial customer onboarding and activation experience, which is a pivotal time for new customers as they get set up and start using HubSpot. Your work will directly impact how quickly and effectively new customers realize value from HubSpot. In this role, you'll be responsible for understanding the needs of our customers, translating those into a compelling product vision and strategy, and then driving the execution of that strategy through close collaboration with your engineering, design, and go-to-market counterparts. You'll work to identify and prioritize the right opportunities to improve the onboarding experience, test hypotheses, and scale the most impactful changes. You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives, from initial ideation through delivery and measurement of impact. You'll need to be a strong strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a collaborative leader who can galvanize cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
