Role OverviewWe’re looking for a full‑time remote HubSpot Expert to design, configure, and manage HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS. You’ll build workflows and automation, optimize CRM architecture, manage HubSpot CMS assets, support integrations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve sales and marketing operations.
Responsibilities- Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing/Sales/Service Hubs, and CMS
- Build workflows, automation, lead routing, and lifecycle processes
- Develop and maintain HubSpot CMS pages, templates, and modules
- Implement integrations using APIs and middleware
- Ensure clean data, mapping, and synchronization
- Create dashboards and performance reports
- Provide technical support and platform guidance
Qualifications- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, workflows, and automation
- Hands‑on HubSpot CMS skills (themes, templates, modules)
- Knowledge of CRM strategy, sales enablement, and marketing automation
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data sync
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- HubSpot certifications preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
