Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a HubSpot Expert. The HubSpot Expert will design, configure, and manage HubSpot solutions to optimize sales and marketing operations. Responsibilities include creating workflows and automation processes, optimizing CRM setup, providing technical support, implementing integrations with other platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, workflows, and marketing hub setup
- Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, sales enablement, and marketing automation practices
- Experience with platform integration, APIs, and data synchronization processes
- Analytical skills for performance monitoring and reporting using dashboards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in creating and managing scalable sales and marketing solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Partner, Inbound Marketing) are an advantage
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo is a bonus
- Ability to work independently within a remote environment
