Job Title: Hubspot Developer

Responsibilities
- Set up HubSpot CRM, CMS, and Marketing Hub from scratch, including configuration of pipelines, workflows, and automation.
- Develop and customize HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and landing pages using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Migrate data from old marketing platforms to HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and proper mapping.
- Implement advanced marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, payment systems) via APIs.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to track marketing and sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM and automation strategies.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HubSpot development and marketing automation.
- Strong expertise in HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Proven track record of end-to-end HubSpot implementation and data migration from legacy systems.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, CMS, and Marketing Hub.
- Experience with email marketing, lead segmentation, and automation best practices.
- Ability to manage large datasets and maintain data hygiene.
