About the role

As a Contract Manager, Upmarket (DACH) at HubSpot, you will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle for our largest customers in the DACH region. This includes drafting and negotiating contracts, addressing renewal and expansion opportunities, and building strong partnerships with some of HubSpot's most strategic customers. In this role, you will: - Manage the full contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiating, and renegotiating contracts for our largest customers in the DACH region - Work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other teams to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction - Understand customer pain points and creatively structure agreements to address their needs - Identify and drive renewal and expansion opportunities with your portfolio of strategic customers - Serve as a trusted advisor to your customers and become a strategic partner to their organization - Collaborate with the wider Contract Management team to share best practices and process improvements The ideal candidate will have: - 3+ years of experience in a contract management, commercial operations, or related role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English - Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex customer requirements - Experience working with enterprise-level customers and multi-year agreements - Understanding of SaaS business models and contract structures - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment - Passion for delivering a world-class customer experience
