About The RoleWe are looking for a highly technical operator who understands:
- HubSpot
- CRM systems
- attribution
- conversion tracking
- automation
- dashboards
- lead routing
- reporting infrastructure
- Meta/Google/TikTok integrations
This is a remote night-shift role aligned with US business hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST).
The goal of this role is to build and optimize backend growth systems so leadership has clear visibility into:
- lead flow,
- attribution,
- campaign performance,
- reporting accuracy,
- and revenue operations.
Right Fit / Requirements- Minimum 5+ years core experience working with US clients/companies is compulsory
- Strong hands-on HubSpot CRM experience
- Strong understanding of attribution & conversion tracking
- Experience with workflows, lifecycle stages, and automation
- Experience with dashboards/reporting systems
- Experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok integrations
- Experience with Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
- Strong systems-thinking mindset
- Comfortable working remote night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
- Prior experience working remotely with US-based teams required
