<div>Title: Operations Specialist<br>Location: Chicago, IL (O‘Hare area; remote initially, then on-site)<br><strong>Job Type: Full-time, W2</strong><br>Salary Range: 55,000–55,000–75,000 per year<br><br>Summary:<br>Handle end-to-end cross-border logistics operations: booking, documentation, shipment tracking, exception resolution, data entry, and reporting.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Process air/ocean bookings, customs docs, and track shipments<br><br>Resolve exceptions (delays, damages, customs issues)<br><br>Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, last-mile carriers<br><br>Maintain accurate data in WMS<br><br>Support cost reconciliation and billing<br><br>Generate operational reports (transit time, carrier performance)<br><br><strong>Requirements:<br></strong><br>1+ year international freight forwarding or cross-border logistics experience<br><br>Familiar with WMS/TMS; Lingxing experience a plus<br><br>Detail-oriented and accountable<br><br><strong>Bilingual in English and Chinese</strong><br><br>Basic knowledge of U.S. customs clearance preferred<br><br>Willing to work on-site near O‘Hare after initial period</div>
