Job Summary

As a Superannuation Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members. This role combines strong communication skills with a solid understanding of systems, processes, and superannuation products.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, reducing errors, and helping us meet service level expectations. It’s a great opportunity to build your career in financial services while making a meaningful impact on member outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate member account records
  • Processing benefit payments and pension payroll
  • Handling member and service provider enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing daily banking and allocating contributions
  • Updating systems for new members and insurance applications
  • Supporting in-species transfers and Centrelink schedules
  • Assisting with compliance and risk-related tasks
  • Collaborating with internal teams and completing special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • A clear communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • A team player who’s eager to learn and grow
  • Professional and committed to compliance and quality

Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But Nice To Have)

  • RG146 compliant
  • Basic understanding of superannuation and related legislation
  • Previous experience in financial services or administration
