Key Responsibilities:
·• Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Hub Operations as well as the planning and directing activities and operations of the business.
• Effective execution of the SOP with zero deviations, Inbound & outbound operation.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
• Handling last mile, Mid mile & First mile operations and Customer report and network and need to handle Key accounts.
• Over-viewing the staff recruitment, training, leading and employee development.
• Works with freight and transportation companies to get route and rate.
• Needs to be driven, growth oriented and accountable. Should have high level vision along with capability to get into individual execution details.
Requirements:
· Good communication skills
· Known languages are Hindi / Kannada ,English
· Any Qualification
