Role Description
The Hub Manager will oversee daily operations at our Hyderabad location to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our ride-sharing services. Primary responsibilities include managing the hub’s logistics, monitoring and maintaining the fleet, supervising staff, coordinating vehicle schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. They will collaborate with team members to implement operational improvements, address customer needs, and drive business growth within the assigned region. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, fleet management, or operations coordination
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in decision-making and ability to handle operational challenges under pressure
- Effective communication and team-building abilities
- Understanding of safety and compliance standards related to vehicle fleet operations
- Familiarity with sustainable or eco-friendly business practices is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
- Prior experience in transportation or mobility services will be considered a plus
