Role Description The Hub Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangla, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the logistics hub. The role involves planning and supervising inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with delivery partners, fleet operators, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatches. The Hub Manager monitors performance metrics, manages staffing and shift schedules, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. This role also requires problem-solving operational issues in real time, optimizing processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and maintaining clear communication with regional operations and client stakeholders. The Hub Manager is expected to use technology tools and dashboards provided by LoadShare to track hub performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Operational management skills, including experience in hub, warehouse, or logistics center supervision and day-to-day process management.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with delivery riders, fleet owners, transporters, and internal teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency with technology tools such as logistics software, dashboards, and basic MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and performance coaching.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or e-commerce operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
