Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hub Manager at Ekart Logistics, located in Hyderabad. The Hub Manager will oversee daily operations within the logistics hub, ensuring efficient management of inbound and outbound shipments. Responsibilities include optimizing hub operations, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with teams to meet operational targets, resolving delivery challenges, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and security policies at the hub. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be essential to address operational challenges and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Logistics expertise, including process optimization and managing day-to-day hub activities.
- Team Leadership and Conflict Resolution skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate large teams effectively.
- Data Analysis and Performance Tracking skills to monitor key operational metrics and improve efficiency.
- Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management capabilities for smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong Proficiency in using logistics tools and techniques for inventory management and tracking deliveries.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making ability to resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
