Role Description
- Strong hub or warehouse operations management experience, including supervision of inbound/outbound processes, inventory handling, and parcel flow control.
- Experience in people management, including team leadership, shift planning, performance monitoring, and staff training and development.
- Proficiency with logistics tools and basic systems (e.g., scanning devices, route planning tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting).
- Ability to monitor and improve key operational metrics such as on-time performance, productivity, loss/damage control, and customer service levels.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, delivery partners, transport vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle on-ground issues, exceptions, escalations, and process deviations in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce delivery, courier, or transportation operations is an advantage.
