Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hub Incharge, located in Jaipur. The Hub Incharge will oversee daily operations within the logistics hub, managing and optimizing processes to ensure on-time deliveries and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with delivery partners, ensuring compliance with company standards, handling inventory, solving operational challenges, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining safety protocols, compiling reports, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively guide and coordinate operations staff
- Proficiency in logistical planning, inventory management, and efficient process optimization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational challenges
- Basic knowledge of tools and technologies used in logistics, including tracking systems and software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for reporting and supervision
- Flexibility to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or similar roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous
