Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hub Incharge based in Gurugram. The Hub Incharge will manage and oversee daily operations at the logistics hub. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound shipments, overseeing delivery partner assignments, ensuring efficient routing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and addressing operational challenges. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, resolving on-ground issues, and achieving key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Operations management experience, including logistics, warehousing, and inventory coordination
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Team leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate staff effectively
- Knowledge of safety and quality compliance in logistics operations
- Basic proficiency in using tech tools and software for daily operations
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to dynamic situations
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree; experience in the logistics sector is a plus
