Role Description
We are seeking a Hub Incharge for an on-site role located in Azamgarh. This full-time role involves supervising and managing the operational activities of the logistics hub, ensuring seamless last-mile delivery operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating deliveries, managing a team of delivery associates, and liaising with Connect India Centers (CICs). The Hub Incharge will monitor operational efficiency, solve logistics challenges, and ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of delivery commitments. This role also encompasses implementing company policies, addressing operational escalations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics operations, management, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to guide and motivate delivery associates.
- Proficiency in using mobile-first technology and inventory management systems to track and optimize operations.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities for handling operational challenges effectively.
- Good communication and relationship management skills to liaise with local entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
- Understanding of rural and urban logistics landscapes and sustainable delivery practices is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in last-mile delivery operations or related industries is a plus.
