Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hub Incharge for an on-site, full-time role located in Chhindwara. The Hub Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily hub operations, managing a team of delivery executives, ensuring proper inventory management, and maintaining timely dispatch and delivery schedules. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate and supervise operational staff
- Proficiency in inventory management, process optimization, and resource allocation
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes
- Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational roles is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
