🚨 We're Hiring | Hub Commando | Ernakulam
RIDEV is looking for a Hub Commando to support day-to-day hub operations and ensure a smooth experience for incoming riders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vehicle deployment and handover to incoming riders, ensuring smooth coordination and a positive rider experience.
- Support day-to-day hub operations, including rider coordination, vehicle tracking, and operational activities.
- Maintain basic records, reports, and accurate data related to vehicles, riders, and daily operations.
- Coordinate with the Hub Manager and on-ground team to ensure discipline, efficiency, and smooth hub functioning.
What we are looking for:
✔ Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience; Graduate/12th Pass candidates with a willingness to learn.
✔ Good English and Malayalam communication skills with strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working in a field-facing operational environment.
✔ Patient, responsible, and attentive approach towards riders and vehicles; prior EV, logistics, fleet, or operations experience will be an added advantage.
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
📍 Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
