Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role located in the Greater Delhi Area for a Senior Executive - Production at Nestlé India LTD. The Senior Executive - Production will oversee the daily production processes to ensure efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards. The responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, monitoring production equipment, and collaborating with the team for continuous process improvement. The role also involves ensuring regulatory compliance and adhering to operational protocols.

- Knowledge of quality assurance, safety protocols, and regulatory standards in manufacturing environments.

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the food or beverage production industry is advantageous.
- Educational qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with production technologies and tools relevant to heavy manufacturing environments.
