About the role

Define QA strategy, test plans, and testing processes. Execute manual & automation testing across web, mobile, and APIs. Validate end-to-end order journey (search cart checkout payment order returns). Perform integration testing with OMS, ERP, CRM, PIM, Payment & Logistics systems. Lead and mentor QA team; monitor delivery timelines. Manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps and provide QA status reports. Support automation and CI/CD testing pipelines.
