Requirements: Expertise in leading large-scale customer-facing portals across diverse CMS technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress and Headless CMS Adept at content strategy, digital asset management, workflow automation, personalization, and governance to ensure seamless user experiences and business efficiency Experienced in leading the end-to-end implementation of large-scale customer portals for Fortune 500 companies, enhancing engagement and digital experience Proven track record in spearheading the migration and consolidation of multi-platform CMS ecosystems to improve efficiency and content consistency Skilled in optimizing content workflows and automation by integrating headless CMS and DAM solutions, reducing content production time Demonstrated history in developing personalized content strategies using AI-driven analytics, resulting in X% increase in customer engagement Proficient in ensuring scalability and performance tuning of CMS platforms, handling millions of monthly users without downtime Exposure in collaborating with IT, UX and marketing teams to implement omnichannel content delivery strategies across web, mobile and social channels Proficient in tools and certification such as Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites, Sitecore Professional Developer, Google Analytics & SEO Certification and Agile/Scrum Master Certification
