Skills required: Monetisation Retention Acquisition Onboarding Growth PM Responsibilities: Manage a growth team built on the AARRR framework Drive strategies for monetising the platform Talking to users - bringing insights that would transform the product building journey Solving for retention problems in the platform (transforming a one-time sales product to a subscription-based offering) Qualifications: Founded a company or worked in entrepreneurial avenues at a high growing early-stage startup BTech and MBA is preferred but not necessary for the right candidate Has experience in operating a growth team Operational understanding of AARRR framework is a must Must be good converting customer conversations into data backed insights for product development Leadership abilities Hiring process: Round 1: 1-1 interview Round 2: Growth case interview Round 3: Cultural fit assessment 30-60-90 day plan: The candidate will be leading a fast growing growth team of 5 direct reportees and 10 indirect reportees. The initial 30-days will be a training period for the candidate to build a robust growth strategy to hit the Annual Operating Plan. Post that, the candidate will lead execution on the strategies to achieve the set goal.
