Job Description
Functions under the direction of the Inventory Manager and Warehouse Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling all aspects of inventory control, such as product discrepancy identification, data entry, reconciliation, along with receiving, shipping, supply replenishment, selecting operations and all related tasks concerning S2S Inventory. The Inventory Control Specialist will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately and efficiently performing in the Distribution Software System (Navision), identifying, tracking, and resolving daily inventory discrepancies while executing transparency in result reporting. The Inventory Control Specialist will work independently, resolving product conflicts while ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and timely for S2S. An Inventory Control Specialist should demonstrate positive interaction with staff and always display professional conduct.
Job Qualifications
Education: High School Graduate, associate’s degree preferred
Experience: Two years in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred. Inventory skills in an automated warehousing, receiving, shipping, selecting, and inventory environment are a must.
Other: Must have basic personal computer skills, MS Office Suite, and basic WMS skills

Receiving Specialty Requirements:
- Must be familiar with TecSys IC functions
- Help set Inbound Receiving schedule
- Check in drivers as needed.
- Help resolve the Accounting Spreadsheet
- Perform cycle counts and make necessary adjustments.
- And other duties as assigned.
