Role Description The HSEQ Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing health, safety, environment, and quality standards across the company’s operations. Day-to-day tasks include developing, implementing, and monitoring HSEQ policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. The role involves leading accident and incident investigations, documenting findings, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The HSEQ Manager will coordinate and deliver training programs to staff, perform regular audits and inspections, and maintain accurate records and reports. This position works closely with operational leaders to promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices, with the ability to apply them in a hospitality or service environment.
- Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), including compliance with local environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
- Proficiency in Accident Investigation, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver Training programs related to HSEQ policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HSEQ management systems, audits, and documentation, and experience with applicable standards and regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviors and practices.
- Experience in the hospitality, facilities, or service industry is an advantage; professional certifications in HSEQ or EHS are a plus.
