Role Description
The HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves overseeing health, safety, and environmental compliance across the organization, implementing and maintaining safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring quality management practices are followed. The HSEQ Executive will also provide training to employees, conduct audits and inspections, and lead efforts to meet organizational and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) practices and compliance standards
- Proficiency in performing risk assessments and conducting safety audits and inspections
- Experience in developing and delivering employee training programs related to safety and compliance
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Effective organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for reporting and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate HSEQ requirements clearly
- Bachelor's degree in related field is mandatory.
