What you will do at Vikaki:
- Ideate topic-specific learning interventions such as board games, group activities, competitions, etc to be used during our training sessions.
- Thoroughly research and create training materials (presentations, handbooks, assessment) on various topics
- Make trainings fun, relevant and unforgettable by running interactive sessions using various topic-based games, activities and competitions
- Conducting safety training sessions on clients’ site. (We will be more than happy if you do not do that currently but are willing to learn the skill)
- Lead on-site safety campaigns/ events for various client sites.
- Apply for relevant national/ international certifications and affiliations
- Conduct various site-based safety and fire related audits along with Lead Auditor.
- Conduct a thorough technical review of animations and campaigns (created by Vikaki’s creative team) for clients
- Conduct interviews for on-site mobilization
Skills and Mindset:
- Interest and passion in innovating on serious topics and conducting training sessions
- Good communication and storytelling skills (since this would be a client-facing role)
- Strong ability to comprehend things
- Unafraid to float ideas
- Creativity (even slight would be okay!)
- Go-getter attitude

Job Type/ Location: Full Time/ Jaipur
Who can apply?
- Safety Professionals with 3-6 years experience across multiple industries (such as manufacturing, consultancy, etc)
- Retired Safety Professionals (if you feel you can add value to our work)
- Professionals who have worked with consultancies or are working with one (would be preferred)
